YARA JARRAR
Yara Jarrar is a Palestinian actress, born and raised in Jaffa, Palestine. She began her career at the age of 12, by participating in several plays and acting workshops with director Scandar Qupti (Ajami). In 2013, she received a "best actress" award at the theatre festival at Tel Aviv University, where she studied and graduated in 2017.
She's been featured in several films, tv-series and theatrical plays in Palestine and abroad. These works include "The Crossing" by Ameen Nayfeh, "Holy Mother", by Hussein Hossam, "The Day My Father Dies", by Nayef Hammoud, "Blacklisted" by Mohammad Al Mughanni, "Possessions" for Canal+ by Thomas Vincent, "Salma & Sari", by Pietro Bellorini, "Let There Be Morning", by Eran Kolirin and “Ramy” for Hulu by Ramy Youssef.
